Projects

From BB-ZONE

There are many projects of all kinds I started over the years. Not as many have made a puplic appearance (which is a good thing, belive me) and even less are still around. Here are the ones which still show some activity and may be worth a second look:

bbJewel - A small script to print jewel case inlets from MP3 files

bbJewel will print a jewel case cover, it'll actually create a PDF with the cover, for the listed MP3 files. It'll parse each file and extract title, artist and length of the recording. It'll also scan the files for included cover images.

BugStat - Automated Bugzilla Statistics

This script alows to run regular (i.e. "cron" based) queries to get more or less detailed bug statistics. The generated statistic is based on a predefined Bugzilla search. It's requires Bugzillas XML interface and has been tested with Bugzilla Version 2.22.2 only, but should work with any later release as well.

SLGFG - SUSE Linux Guide for Geeks

This is something I resurected just recently. An old manuscript put into a Wiki with the hope that volunteers will help to bring it back to live, provide and update content.

BBGallery - A Script to create a static Image Gallery

BBGallery is a small Perl script generating a number of HTML files from jpeg images that make up a image gallery to browse with any html browser. It uses The Gimp and Gimp-Perl or ImageMagik to create thumbnails and to scale the images. Usefull for archiving or simple Web Sites.

BBTrack - A Task Tracking Tool

It consists of an easy to use, GTK based, GUI and a set of export filters to create reports. It also has a simple (XML based) database to store the task information and the teams/developers who work on these tasks.

The reports can be customized and user specific reports can be added in a very simple matter using templates.

Lego MindStorms

Due to popular demand I put up my NCQ RPMs for download again.
