GeForge FX5200 in Dual Head Mode

I finally managed to get my MSI GeForce FX5200 to work in dual head mode with 3D accelaration, using Nvidia’s binary driver. Is wasn’t exactly obvious how to do this. SuSE’s YaST didn’t manage to do it and the Nvidia Web site was only partly helpful. So I post the XF86Config here. Maybe someone else having the same problem will find it and have an easier time than I did.
